As one of Atlanta's oldest and most historic neighborhoods the Old Fourth Ward is located in the center of Atlanta with superior access to everything. Just south of hip Midtown and west of historic Inman Park this neighborhood has it all. Rich with history and drama, it literally burned almost entirely to the ground in 1917. Now, the Old Fourth Ward is experiencing a renaissance. An active neighborhood is commited to redeveloping Boulevard into the grand "Boulevard" that it was at the turn of the last century. Development abounds in Atlanta and the areas surounding this great neighborhood.
