555 the Boulevard is concepted in the thought that Atlanta's lifestyle is moving into a much more urban time. As a result we have greater responsibility toward sound building design and function in order to leave a city that will stand well through the next century. This building offers many parts that are present in other developments but as a whole not present in any one. And by combining the Retail with the Residential we return to the design that has served our greatest urban areas well for a century or two, or maybe more. The retail space will offer coffee shops, restaruants and retail thus adding options to the residents and neighborhood that require little or no travel. We have larger floorplans with open living spaces giving way to a more flexible lifestyle than many local condos do, and there is a private greenspace planted above the parking deck that only the residents will enjoy. There is an amenities building that will open onto the Plaza greenspace for open air entertaining as well as an on site exercise facility. You will be able to drive into the secure subterranean parking deck, park in your assigned space, of which there will be plenty - most units get two, and either take an elevator directly to your floor or walk down a hallway into your unit. There are seven townhouse style plans that will open directly onto the Plaza greenspace. Many of the units are two and three levels and several have large rooftop terraces. The plans have been designed to pull the best and most sought after features together in a combination offering something a bit different and long over due. The finishes will be excellent with options that include products made from renewable resources.
